  2. PaulK,

Let me ask you a simple question to start…

What, the hell, is your problem?

You’ve caught me on a bad day which doesn’t really bode well for you at all.

I’m sorry that we failed to impress you after five minutes of listening to a show that I continue to produce on my own time with my own funds. While you may be somewhat unimpressed their are many people that disagree with you and listen to the show on a regular basis (when I’m actually producing shows). Lots of people have been in touch over the last couple of months expressing their appreciation, gratitude, and so on.

If you don’t like it you’re free to not listen.

I’m sick of people making moronic comments about me and this site/podcast. I’m thick skinned but I’m seriously at breaking point. I seriously I feel like throwing in the towel. I already find it difficult to find the motivation and energy to continue with 4cast and comments such as yours just make me wonder why the hell I bother in the first place.

As for the name dropping… yes, we mentioned those people because they are leaders in the field. They are the people that write the books, the blogs, and the course materials that teach us how to do our jobs. They are deserving of admiration because they put their own lives on hold to help the rest of us. Its not like I’m saying “look at me, I’m so important because I know all of these people” because its NOTHING like that. We went to the summit, we had a good time there. Its that simple.

Get back under whichever rock from which you slithered you soulless wretch.

    Kind Regards,

Lee (got a brand new attitude) Whitfield

  3. To PaulK and MD5,

You are welcome to your opinions, and you’re welcome to share them any way you wish, but could I recommend being somewhat considerate of the effort of one person to record, edit and promote the podcast with little or no assistance?

Rather than say things like “where’s the content?” and “not listening any-more” (the latter comment being grammatically incorrect anyway) you could offer suggestions on things you would like to feature in a podcast, or offer to take part and improve something.

I find when I simply mock or insult someone’s efforts it doesn’t get anyone anywhere. When you take a bit more effort to offer constructive criticism or suggestions, you could in fact help, rather than make the sole producer and presenter feel miserable.

If you’re looking for entertainment rather than the imparting of knowledge, I’m sure there are plenty of podcasts that feature nonsensical gibberish and fart noises that would be much more to your tastes

Thanks for your opinions. It’d just be nice if you considered some kind of tact before sharing them in future.
